4. Packaging

  • Smart Door Locks: Boxed with protective padding; hardware packed separately.

  • Cameras/Doorbells: Boxed with foam inserts; mounting hardware included.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
