Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. Larger or heavier items may be shipped via freight carrier.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free standard shipping on orders over $39.
• Estimated Delivery Times: 5–10 business days for standard items; 7–15 business days for larger freight shipments. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile or liquid products are secured with protective inserts. Mounting hardware and accessories are packed separately within the same box.

5. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If the outer box shows signs of damage, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and take clear photos. Contact us at cortyfran0@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
